Timor-Leste has a limited mail service. It is becoming increasingly reliable and we are able to ship by mail. delivery to Australia can be expected within a few weeks.

Alternatively we can send your order by DHL.

Contact us and we can send you an estimate of the postage or DHL shipping costs.


If appropriate, we will replace your item if there is something wrong with the product or the packaging is broken in a way that affects the product quality, provided we have been notified within 30 days of receiving delivery. We ask that you send us a photo to confirm the fault and let us know what’s gone wrong so we can do better next time.

If we go ahead with a product return, we’ll happily replace the damaged or spoiled stock or refund your payment, minus a handling fee.
