Our vanilla vials contain organically grown vanilla beans, produced by farmers throughout the wild and mountainous area of Aileu, Timor-Leste. Each bean sold helps to sustain the ongoing vitality of Timorese life.
They are suitable as gifts or samples, for vanilla newcomers and cooks who only use vanilla on special occasions.
Each vial contains 10 gms of beans that are plump and packed full of seeds.
Our vanilla vials come in a glass vial with cork top that makes storage straightforward and can be used as vanilla or spice storage into the future. We recommend storing it in a cool and dark place, and airing vanilla beans for 10 minutes on the kitchen bench every 4-6 weeks to let them breathe, which will help their quality last a little longer.
